👋 Good Morning!
The Nuggets and Avalanche are both in action tonight. If you’re looking for a great spot to check out the games, come down to the DNVR Bar.
The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (The Ralphie) is my personal favorite. And you know it must be good for a CSU guy like myself to say that.
Support local this season.

3 bold predictions for the Denver Nuggets in 2025-26

(Imagn)
The Nuggets are back and looking to make another run at a championship. After revamping the roster and really putting together the best team that Denver has had in the Jokić era, tonight begins what should be a really fun season of hoops in the Mile High City.
The depth hasn’t been there the last few years and we’ve seen the Nuggets run out of gas as a result. If this group can stay healthy, they have a chance to be really good, potentially even historic for this franchise.
Here are 3 bold predictions for the 2025-26 campaign:
Nikola Jokić will win his fourth MVP after averaging 30 points per game for the first time in his NBA career. Having more scoring options around him is only going to open up space for him to work with and he’ll take full advantage of it.
The Nuggets will win 60 games in the regular season for the first time in the NBA era. The franchise did so twice in the ABA, winning 65 games in 1974-75 and 60 games in 1975-76. This year the team will set a new high water mark in the 21st Century. Unfortunately they’ll still be the 2-seed behind OKC in the West.
Jamal Murray has had some crazy scoring sprees in his career. I’m going to say that he tops the 55 points he scored against Portland last season. I loved how he looked physically in the preseason and it just feels like he’s due for a big year.
The DNVR Nuggets team went all out on their 2025-26 season preview. Get up to date on everything you need to know ahead of tonight’s season opener against Golden State.
Come Tailgate With DNVR
We’ve got the best tailgate in the city. If you’ve never spent a Sunday with us, you’re truly missing out.
Come chow down on some great grub, maybe have an ice-cold beverage or two, and enjoy the perfect Colorado fall weather on Sunday.

I’m still annoyed over Gabe Landeskog’s goal being overturned in Utah the other night. Abolish replay, abolish offsides, abolish it all. (I’m kidding… mostly)

The Russell Wilson and Sean Payton drama will outlive us all.

Colorado State’s former starting quarterback has decided to leave the program. ‘BFN’ started 28 games for CSU over four seasons but was benched after Week 3.
