👋 Good Morning!
The Broncos are out in London for the third time since 2010. This might be an unpopular opinion but while the international games are good for the growth of the NFL globally, the greed of the league comes at the detriment of the on-field product.
We keep trying to add more games, more destinations, more holiday matchups, etc. We’ve got Thursday Night Football and sometimes we get Friday Night action. At some point it’s just too much to ask of these players and the product suffers as a result.
I live and breathe for the Broncos. But there’s a fine line when it comes to doing too much and the NFL is skirting it.

It’s time to strike while the iron is hot

The Broncos could easily be 5-0 right now. Sitting at 3-2, though, the outlook is promising over the next month.
There’s a real possibility that Denver will be favored in each of the next six games. And if the Broncos can take advantage of an especially favorable stretch over the next four weeks, it could set up a really interesting second half of the season.
With the Chargers starting 3-0 in the division, the Broncos would likely need to win out in the AFC West to have a realistic shot at for the crown. That said, based on the way things are trending in LA at the moment, it very well may be a much tighter race than any of us anticipated two weeks ago.
Injuries are really starting to add up for Jim Harbaugh’s squad. Plus, the Broncos seem to be rounding into form after a couple of frustrating losses early on. I get it was just one game. But I really feel like the win over Philly has a shot to be a defining moment for the organization. The type of game we look back on a couple years down the road and say that it’s when it all started.
I hope you’ve got your Shady Ray’s handy. The future is bright in Broncos Country.
