👋 Good Morning!

I’m back in Northern Colorado after spending some time out on the Western Slope and although a combined seven hours on I-70 and I-25 nearly defeated me, I did have a lot of time to check out this awesome state.

The traffic can be maddening at times, the cost of living has certainly become a headache, but Colorado never stops amazing me with its beauty.

Harrison threw out some great suggestions a while back, but here a couple of recommendations for summertime activities in the box state.

  1. Go for a hike (literally anywhere)

  2. Outdoor concert (Red Rocks, Mishawaka, Levitt Pavilion, etc)

  3. Day trip to a mountain town

  4. BBQ with friends / family

J.K. Dobbins has HUGE expectations for the Broncos in 2025

(Imagn)

J.K. Dobbins wants to win a Super Bowl and that’s why he signed with the Broncos.

“I’ve been in the playoffs every year that I’ve played, so I’m tired of losing in them,” he told the media on Wednesday.

Dobbins, along with the signing of Evan Ingram, are key moves for a team that flashed big potential in 2024 but also left some meat on the bones at times. With a more consistent run game and an actual pass-catching threat at tight end for the first time in years, though, the offense has a chance to be special in 2025.

“I felt like it was the best fit for me,” Dobbins said of Denver.

Dobbins rushed for 96 yards in a Week 6 Chargers win over the Broncos in Denver last year. When healthy he’s been a very productive running back on highly competitive teams throughout his career.

The Rockies are hoping to avoid being swept by the Giants after dropping the first two games of the series. They’ve lost five straight at Coors Field since sweeping the Marlins on the road. This truly might be the worst team in MLB history.

It’s been reported that Deion Sanders has been in Texas as he deals with some medical issues. As reported by the DNVR Buffs crew with special guest Uncle Neely, coach Prime is “doing good” after a “little setback”. Sanders also confirmed that he is going to be okay on Twitter yesterday.
