I guess the good thing about the Broncos blowing out the Cowboys is that we can all wear orange this week and pretend this past weekend’s slate of college football didn’t happen.

Seeing CSU and CU just get absolutely embarrassed felt like 2011 again and both fanbases know that isn’t a good thing.

How about them Cowboys?

I’ve written this before but some teams are just more fun to beat. Seeing the Cowboys fans sulk while surrounded by a sea of orange was just about perfect on Sunday. They came in smirking, they were chirping quite a bit pregame, but those Cowboy fans sure were quiet on the concourses postgame.

As far as the game goes, what a day throwing the football from Bo Nix. He threw the pick early and then just proceeded to torch Dallas down the field for the rest of the game. Combined with a sustained rushing attack, that was the best the offense has looked in a four-quarter performance this season.

This is the most fun that it’s been to watch this team in years. Remember to not look too far ahead and enjoy the ride.

OH, and to the folks who wanted George Paton gone after the Russell Wilson deal, has he not redeemed himself in your eyes? Look at all of his draft picks shining right now.

The good thing is that Colorado is on pace for an absurd season and should even push for the No. 1 seed in the West. The bad thing is this team is absolutely awful at 3v3 overtime.
