What a thrilling win for the Denver Nuggets (128-125).

Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokić put on a show. Houston Rockets head coach Ime Udoka looked like he was going to bodyslam the officials through a table. The drama of it all was incredible as Denver pulled out a much-needed overtime win to snap a rare four-game losing streak at Ball Arena.

Jokić finished the night with 39 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists. It was a fitting performance on ‘Jokmas’ and the Nuggets needed it to pull this one out. His game-tying three to force overtime was cold blooded.

Murray also had 35 points and essentially served as the closer. Without Jokić in overtime, the veteran guard refused to let the game slip away and really came up clutch down the stretch. If he isn’t an All-Star this season, the people aren’t paying enough attention.

The Nuggets-Rockets games have had some real juice this year. I’m really interested to see what the intensity levels are when these teams play again on Saturday afternoon. The refs should be prepared for anything — including a chair shot to the back from Udoka. That dude is an absolute psycho.
