👋 Good Morning! The Nuggets falling to OKC in seven was definitely a bummer. If there is a silver lining to the situation, though, it's that we no longer have to watch Shai Gilgeous-Alexander throw himself into defenders and flop around like a fish.
'SGA' is an incredible talent, so don't get me wrong there. He's one of the top five players in the world at the moment and he's going to win the MVP. But the touch fouls that he gets all game long make it a very unappealing product to consume as a fan. And when it's your team playing against him, and you have to sit there and watch him go to the free throw line again and again, it's pretty much nauseating.
I never thought anybody would be able to compete with prime James Harden when it comes to foul-baiting. SGA might have taken the crown now. — Justin Michael

As much attention as we have put on the Nuggets of late, it's a really big offseason for the Avalanche as well. The team made some bold moves over the course of the season and the big question now is how many of those guys will be in Colorado long-term.
Many expect Brock Nelson to sign with Minnesota, so what does that mean for the Avs and their options at second center?
Will they lock down Martin Necas with a contract extension this summer, or does it become another dramatic storyline like Mikko Rantanen going into next season?
Is Ryan Lindgren worth giving a multi-year deal at this stage of his career?
The front office has a lot of decisions to make. And a lot like the Nuggets, the Avs don't have a ton of assets to move, at least outside of the significant contributors. They have almost no draft capital either.
Ownership showed faith in Joe Sakic, Chris MacFarland and Co. We'll see what type of moves they can pull off this time around.
The season might be over for the Avs and Nuggets, however, the playoff action is not quite done in Colorado. The Eagles return home this week for a couple of home games after splitting the first two matchups of the series with the Abbotsford Canucks.
I've been in Blue Arena a few times and it's genuinely a tremendous experience. It's right off the highway and easy to get to. There's a ton of places to eat within a few miles of the venue. And the atmosphere when the puck drops is something else. There's something really cool about experiencing hockey in more intimate building. If you've never been, it's a pretty epic way to spend your night.
Big decisions are ahead. The next GM will determine the fate of the Jokić era
Aaron Gordon is beloved. Who is the 'Mr. Nugget' of the Denver Broncos?
